Business Chicks was acquired by CEO Emma Isaacs at the age of 25. At the time of acquisition, the business had a group of just 250 members. Fast-forward 7 years and Business Chicks has grown into an empire with 35,000 members. It has become a community for women. A platform to bring like-minded souls together – to provide an opportunity to swap ideas, share stories, and spark inspiration. They are a group of strong individuals who believe that together, they can shine more brightly.
Business Chicks holds regular events with some of the most successful and influential people in the business world. Individuals such as Nicole Kidman, Magda Szubanski, Jamie Oliver, Arianna Huffington, Richard Branson and Seth Godin.

Commonwealth Bank- Women In Focus
Women in Focus was first established in 2010 to support the success of women in business across Australia. They achieve this through initiating face-to-face events program across Australia, online and social channels and partnerships with the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and Business Chicks.
The community aims to provide women with helpful articles, community stories and shared experiences to inspire women on their business journey. It provides women with new specialists that can help shape the future of a business and connect them with resources, insights and expertise.

Naomi Simson- Blog, Linked In and Books
Naomi Simson is most recently know for her appearance on Shark Tank- the Australian television show that provides aspiring entrepreneurs to present their business idea to the panel for possible funding or guidance. However, prior to this, Simson founded RedBalloon, an online experience gift retailer based in Australia. She has won numerous awards including the 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Silver Stevie Award.She has written three books, Live What You Love, I Want What She’s Having and Ready To Soar. She has written more than 1000 posts on her blog and has a reach of 1.5 million people on her LinkedIn. She is a very well respected individual in the Australian business world and provides very well respected financial and life advice.
