Smoked fish, housemade bagels & other Jewish appetizing fare offered in a buzzy, vintage-style spot
RUSS & DAUGHTERS – 127 Orchard St
One of NYC’s classic cured-fish stores. The menu features the smoked fish that made the shop famous alongside other Jewish deli classics like matzoh ball soup, knishes, and potato latkes. The halvah ice cream, laced with salted caramel and topped with sesame seeds is a must-try.

Downtown’s newest place to get your culture fix. Go for the art, stay for the sunset view from the rooftop bar.

ROCKEFELLER CENTRE- 45 Rockefeller Plaza
The Top of the Rock observation deck at Rockefeller Center offers 70th floor views of Manhattan’s twinkling skyline until midnight (last elevator up is at 11 p.m.), and the Empire State Building’s observation deck is open even later, with a 2 a.m. closing time (last elevator at 1:15 a.m.).
